Shipments are typically dispatched once all items are ready. However, if you have specific requirements, please contact our customer service team via email, and we'll ensure you receive the best possible support. If your order contains items with varying delivery times, please specify any urgency in the checkout notes. The delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest fulfillment time.

Shipping Information

- International Standard Shipping (Outside Italy):
Shipping is free for international orders of €500 or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.

- Standard Shipping (Within Italy):
Shipping is free within Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City) for orders of €200 or more.

For orders below €200, the maximum standard shipping fee is €6.99, regardless of the item's weight or volume.

- Standard Shipping:
Products available in stock are delivered via express courier within 48 working hours in Italy and within 5 working days in Europe.

- Bulk Orders and Fragile Items:
Bulk orders and/or particularly delicate products are shipped via specialized couriers. Delivery times vary based on volume and destination. Please contact us for further information.

- Out-of-Stock Products:
For out-of-stock products, we work with reliable and flexible partners to provide excellent service. These items will be ready for shipping within 5 to 14 working days, plus an additional 48 hours for delivery in Italy or 5 days for delivery in the rest of Europe.

- Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times are always specified during product selection. If an order is received by 12:00 PM, it will count toward that day's processing time. Orders received after 12:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

In-Store Pickup:
For in-stock products, you can request to pick up your order directly from our warehouse by appointment.
