Delivery time
Shipments normally take place when all the goods are ready, but for different needs, you can contact our customer service via email so that we can guarantee you maximum support. If in your order there are items with different delivery times, in fact, we invite you to indicate any particular urgency in the notes during checkout since the delivery time is determined by the product with longer processing time .
The Standard Shipping is free for Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City) on purchases from 200 €.
Below this figure, the standard rate that is applied is a maximum of 5.99€ whatever the weight or volume of the purchased item.
The Standard Export Shipping is free outside Italy on purchases over €300. Below this threshold the rate is €24.99 whatever the weight or volume of the item purchased.
Delivery times vary according to the type of products purchased, compatibly with stock availability.
Standard Shipping: The delivery of products available in stock is made by express courier within 48h working in Italy, within 5 working days in Europe.
In the case of voluminous orders and/or particularly delicate products, the shipment is made by specialized couriers with variable delivery times in relation to the volume and destination of the goods. For any information, do not hesitate to contact us.
For products not in stock we have decided to collaborate with serious, reliable and flexible partners able to guarantee the best service. These articles will be available for logistics in a period of time between 5 and 14 working days to which must be added the 48 hours of delivery if the shipment takes place in Italy, 5 days for the rest of Europe.
The delivery time is always already specified in the product selection phase. In all cases, when calculating delivery times, the day on which the order is received is counted only if received by 12:00 for logistical reasons related to the procedures used by the couriers we work with
Furthermore, in the case of products available in the warehouse, it is possible to request collection on site, by making an appointment.
