Shipments of all in-stock products are guaranteed even during the Christmas holidays.
Shipments are guaranteed on December 29th and 30th. They will then resume regularly on January 7th, 2026.

Shipments are usually made when all the goods are ready, but for special needs, you can contact our customer service team by email so we can provide you with the best possible support. If your order includes items with different delivery times , please indicate any urgent needs in the notes during checkout, as the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest lead time.
Standard Shipping is free for Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City) on purchases starting from €200 .
Below this amount, the standard rate applied is a maximum of €7.99 regardless of the weight or volume of the purchased item.
Standard Export Shipping is free outside Italy for purchases starting from €500. For orders below this threshold, the fee is calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of products purchased, subject to stock availability.
Standard Shipping: Products available in stock are shipped via express courier within 48 working hours in Italy , within 5 working days in Europe.
For large orders and/or particularly delicate products, shipping is handled by specialized couriers with delivery times varying depending on the volume and destination of the goods. Please contact us for any information.
For out-of-stock products , we've partnered with reliable, flexible, and reputable partners to ensure the highest level of service. These items will be available for logistics within 5 to 14 business days, plus 48 hours for shipping within Italy and 5 days for the rest of Europe.
Delivery times are always specified during the product selection process. In all cases, when calculating delivery times, the day the order is received is only counted if it is received by 12:00 PM for logistical reasons related to the procedures used by the couriers we work with .
