Refund policy

All items D-SEGNO are covered by a guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity.

In case the purchased product is damaged due to transport or production defects, D-SEGNO undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.

Simply send an email to vendite@d-segnohomeoffice.it, stating your order reference, the damaged or faulty product, and details of the fault, including a photo. If the package received shows evident damage due to transport, we invite you to report it directly to the shipper and to make  immediate reserve in the delivery document.

The product must be returned in its carefully sealed original packaging.

D-SEGNO will replace the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the order.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day in which the customer or a third party indicated by him acquires physical possession of the goods received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration , no later than the terms indicated above by filling in the appropriate form or by sending an email to resi@d-segnohomeoffice.it

within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The returned goods must be returned in resalable conditions.
Please note, in the case of non-resalability the amount can always be withheld equivalent to decreasing the asset value.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive than standard delivery offered by us) , without undue delay. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods within the deadlines indicated above.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this refund.
The refund can be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the assets, if earlier.
