Refund policy

All D-SEGNO products are covered by a 24-month warranty against defects in conformity.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Whenever possible, we ask that you provide details of the defect by sending a photo. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (for example, special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a purchased item for a different one, we recommend contacting us to find the most convenient solution.

If you choose an exchange of equal value, we ask that you return the purchased product (return shipping costs will be borne by the customer). Upon receipt of the returned package, we will ship the replacement item.

If the replacement item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference at the same time the replacement product is shipped.

If the replacement item is of higher value, we will send you a link to pay the price difference electronically. The replacement product will be shipped only after the balance has been paid.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will receive your refund through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at resi@d-segnohomeoffice.it.

Important Notice

Please note that, in cases where the returned item is no longer resalable, an amount equivalent to the decrease in the item's value may be deducted from the refund.
